Abstract:
(EN) This fluorophore comprises an oxynitride fluorophore (A) having a peak wavelength of 585 nm to 604 nm inclusive and a fluorescence intensity of 185% to 210% inclusive, and a nitride fluorophore (B) having a peak wavelength of 645 nm to 655 nm inclusive. Provided are: said fluorophore having high luminance, good high-temperature characteristics, and long-term reliability, wherein the mixing proportion of each of the oxynitride fluorophore (A) and the nitride fluorophore (B) is from 4 mass% to 12 mass% inclusive, and the total mixing amount of the oxynitride fluorophore (A) and the nitride fluorophore (B) is from 10 mass% to 24 mass% inclusive; and a white light emitting device using said fluorophore.
(FR) Le luminophore de l'invention possède : un luminophore d'oxynitrure (A) de longueur d'onde pic supérieure ou égale à 585nm et inférieure ou égale à 604nm, et d'intensité de fluorescence supérieure ou égale à 185% et inférieure ou égale à 210%; et un luminophore de nitrure (B) de longueur d'onde pic supérieure ou égale à 645nm et inférieure ou égale à 655nm. La proportion de luminophore d'oxynitrure (A) et de luminophore de nitrure (B) dans la composition, est individuellement supérieure ou égale à 4% en masse et inférieure ou égale à 12% en masse. La quantité totale de luminophore d'oxynitrure (A) et luminophore de nitrure (B) dans la composition, est supérieure ou égale à 10% en masse et inférieure ou égale à 24% en masse. Plus précisément, l'invention fournit un luminophore de haute luminosité, doté de caractéristiques de hautes températures et d'une fiabilité à long terme, et un dispositif luminescent blanc mettant en œuvre ce luminophore.
(JA)  本発明に係る蛍光体は、ピーク波長585nm以上604nm以下、蛍光強度185%以上210%以下の酸窒化物蛍光体(A)と、ピーク波長645nm以上655nm以下の窒化物蛍光体(B)を有する。酸窒化物蛍光体(A)、窒化物蛍光体(B)の配合割合が各々4質量%以上12質量%以下で、酸窒化物蛍光体(A)及び窒化物蛍光体(B)の合計の配合量が10質量%以上24質量%以下であり、高輝度で高温特性と長期信頼性を有する蛍光体及びこの蛍光体を用いた白色発光装置を提供する。
