Title: DIFFRACTION-TYPE MULTIFOCAL EYE LENS AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREFOR
Abstract:
Provided is a diffraction-type multifocal eye lens for which halos are reduced, devised using a solving method that is based on the result of an investigation of the mechanism of halos for the purpose of reducing halos. Also provided is a diffraction-type multifocal eye lens having three or more focal points, which is implemented on the basis of the discovery, during the processes of reducing said solving method to practice, that said diffraction-type multifocal eye lens has a characteristic whereby multiple focal points can be generated in the intermediate region as well as the near and far regions. Also provided is a method for manufacturing a diffraction-type multifocal eye lens with which the manufacture is simplified by means of a simple diffraction structure, and which provides a simple design and manufacturing method whereby a complicated computational simulation can be replaced with a simple method. This diffraction-type multifocal eye lens has a diffraction structure (20) wherein multiple concentric circular diffraction zones are formed with respect to a lens (10), and are provided with an equal-interval region wherein the intervals of at least two of the diffraction zones are equal.
