Abstract:
(EN) A repair material, in particular for repairing insulation of a conductor rod of an electric machine, which contains an initially flowable, cold-curing matrix material is provided. According to the invention, the repair material additionally contains at least one nanoparticulate filler whose particles have an average particle diameter of from about 5 nm to 200 nm, preferably about 15 nm-75 nm. This repair material is particularly resistant to partial discharge.
(FR) Matériau de réparation, en particulier pour la réparation de l'isolation de la barre conductrice d'une machine électrique, qui contient une matière matrice d'abord coulante, durcissant à froid. Selon l'invention, ledit matériau de réparation contient en outre au moins une matière de charge nanoparticulaire dont les particules présentent un diamètre moyen d'environ 5 nm à 200 nm, de préférence d'environ 15 nm à 75 nm. Ce matériau de réparation est particulièrement résistant aux décharges partielles.
(DE) Ein Reparaturwerkstoff, insbesondere zur Reparatur einer Isolierung eines Leiterstabs einer elektrischen Maschine wird angegeben, welcher ein zunächst fließfähiges, kalthärtendes Matrixmaterial enthält. Erfindungsgemäß enthält der Reparaturwerkstoff zudem mindestens einen nanopartikulär vorliegenden Füllstoff, dessen Partikel einen mittleren Partikeldurchmesser von etwa 5 nm bis 200 nm, vorzugsweise etwa zwischen 15 nm und 75 nm aufweisen. Dieser Reparaturwerkstoff ist besonders teilentladungsfest.
