(EN) A wireless communications device (10) includes wireless communications circuitry (20) and an antenna (12) coupled to the wireless communications circuitry (20). The antenna (12) includes a loop electrical conductor (13) having four spaced apart gaps therein defining four respective spaced apart coupling points (14a - 14d), and a feed assembly (15). The feed assembly (15) includes at least one antenna feed (18), and four signal feed lines (16a - 16d), each signal feed line (16a - 16d) coupled between the at least one antenna feed (18) and a respective one of the four coupling points (14a - 14d). The antenna (12) may provide linear polarization, circular polarization, and dual polarization.
(FR) Cette invention concerne un dispositif de communication sans fil (10) comprenant un circuit de communication sans fil (20) et une antenne (12) couplée au circuit de communication sans fil (20). Ladite antenne (12) comprend un conducteur électrique à boucle (13) présentant quatre espacements écartés définissant des points de couplage respectifs espacés (14a à 14d), et un ensemble formant source (15).
