(EN) The present invention relates to a method and a kit for reversibly inhibiting a protein function using light-induced nanocluster formation, and provides a fusion protein, wherein a light-induced heterodimerized protein is connected to the N-terminal or C-terminal of stromal interaction molecule 1 (STIM1) protein or to a cytosolic fraction cleaved from the N-terminal of the STIM1 protein to a transmembrane domain.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé et un kit permettant d'inhiber de manière réversible la fonction d'une protéine par la formation photo-induite d'un nanoagrégat. L'invention concerne également une protéine de fusion constituée d'une protéine hétérodimère photo-inductible liée à l'extrémité C-terminale ou N-terminale d'une molécule à interaction stromale 1 (STIM1) ou à une fraction cytosolique allant de l'extrémité N-terminale de la protéine STIM1 vers un domaine transmembranaire.
