(EN)The present invention relates to a composition for aggregating a biological sample which is used for preparing a paraffin block for observing a biological sample, to a method for preparing a paraffin block using same, and to a method for microscopic observation of a biological sample using the paraffin block, and more particularly, to a composition for aggregating a biological sample comprising a first composition and a second composition, to a method for preparing a paraffin block using the composition, and to a method for microscopic observation of a biological sample using the prepared paraffin block, wherein the first composition comprises one or more water-soluble polymer(s) selected from the group consisting of polyvinyl alcohol, polyethylene oxide, polyacrylamide, polyvinyl pyrrolidone, polyacrylic acid, polyethyleneimine, polyamine, polyamideamine, and polydiallyldimethylammonium chloride, and distilled water, and the second composition comprises: one or more organic solvent(s) selected from the group consisting of alcohol, xylene, and acetone; and one or more medical adhesive(s) selected from the group consisting of cyanoacrylate, a fibrin glue, a protein glue, and a sealant containing polyurethane and polyethylene glycol (PEG). According to the present invention, in the case in which the paraffin block is prepared using tissue or cells which are traces of fluidic biological samples, since a process of preparing a biological sample composite is performed in the centrifuge tube using a centrifuge, the present invention can minimize the loss and dissipation of the biological sample, reduce background staining, perform a process of preparing a paraffin block in an easy manner, save time and the cost for preparing the paraffin block, and improve the quality of a slide sectioned from the paraffin block.
(FR)La présente invention concerne : une composition permettant d'agréger un échantillon biologique qui est utilisé pour préparer un bloc de paraffine à des fins d'observation ; un procédé de préparation d'un bloc de paraffine utilisant cette composition ; et un procédé d'observation microscopique d'un échantillon biologique faisant appel au bloc de paraffine. Plus particulièrement, l'invention concerne : une composition permettant d'agréger un échantillon biologique, la composition comprenant une première composition et une seconde composition ; un procédé de préparation d'un bloc de paraffine utilisant cette composition ; et un procédé d'observation microscopique d'un échantillon biologique faisant appel au bloc de paraffine, la première composition comprenant un ou plusieurs polymères hydrosolubles choisis parmi un poly(alcool vinylique), un poly(oxyde d'éthylène), un polyacrylamide, une polyvinylpyrrolidone, un poly(acide acrylique), une polyéthylèneimine, une polyamine, une polyamideamine et un poly(chlorure de diallyldiméthylammonium), et de l'eau distillée, et la seconde composition comprenant un ou plusieurs solvants organiques choisis parmi un alcool, le xylène et l'acétone, et un ou plusieurs adhésifs médicaux choisis parmi un cyanoacrylate, une colle à base de fibrine, une colle protéique et un adhésif contenant un polyuréthane et un polyéthylène glycol (PEG). Selon la présente invention, quand le bloc de paraffine est préparé à partir d'un tissu ou de cellules contenus à l'état de traces dans des échantillons biologiques fluides et comme l'échantillon biologique composite est préparé dans un tube de centrifugation par centrifugation, la perte et la dissipation de l'échantillon biologique peuvent être minimisées, la coloration d'arrière-plan peut être réduite, le procédé de préparation du bloc de paraffine peut être facilement mis en œuvre, la préparation du bloc de paraffine est plus rapide et moins coûteuse et la lame préparée par la découpe du bloc de paraffine est de meilleure qualité.
(KO)본 발명은 검체 시료의 관찰을 위한 파라핀 블록을 제작함에 있어서 사용되는 검체 시료의 응집용 조성물, 이를 이용한 파라핀 블록의 제작방법 및 상기 파라핀 블록을 이용한 검체 시료의 현미경 관찰방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 구체적으로는, 폴리비닐알코올(polyvinyl alcohol), 폴리에틸렌 옥사이드(polyethylene oxide), 폴리아크릴아미드(polyacrylamide), 폴리비닐피롤리돈(polyvinylpyrrolidon), 폴리아크릴산(polyacrylic acid), 폴리에틸렌이민(polyethyleneimine), 폴리아민(polyamines), 폴리아미드아민(polyamideamine) 및 폴리디알릴디메틸암모늄 클로라이드(polydiallyldimethylammonium chloride)로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나 이상의 수용성 고분자 및 증류수를 포함하는 제 1 조성물; 및 알코올, 자일렌 및 아세톤으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나 이상의 유기용매 및 시아노아크릴레이트, 피브린 글루, 단백질 글루, 폴리우레탄 및 PEG(polyethylene glycol) 함유 실란트로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나 이상의 의료용 접착제를 포함하는 제 2 조성물을 포함하는 검체 시료의 응집용 조성물, 이를 이용한 파라핀 블록 제작방법 및 제작된 파라핀 블록을 이용한 검체 시료의 현미경 관찰방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 미량의 유동성 검체인 조직이나 세포를 이용하여 파라핀 블록을 제작함에 있어서, 검체복합체의 제작과정이 원심분리기를 이용한 원심분리 튜브안에서 이루어지므로 검체의 손실이나 소실을 최소화할 수 있으며, 배경염색을 감소시키고, 파라핀 블록 제작 과정을 용이하게 수행할 수 있으며, 파라핀 블록 제작에 소요되는 시간 및 비용을 절약할 수 있고, 파라핀 블록으로부터 박절된 슬라이드의 질을 개선할 수 있다.
