The position of the surface of an organ to be excised, for instance, becomes easier to see and damage to the nerves surrounding the organ is thereby prevented. Provided is a biological observation device (1) comprising exposure parts (3) and (7) for exposing a biological tissue to exposure light; an imaging part (8) for obtaining a reflected light image by photographing the reflected light of the wavelength region having a higher β-carotene absorption property than hemoglobin absorption property from the reflected light that is generated when the exposure light from the exposure parts (3) and (7) is reflected by the biological tissue; and a display part (6) for displaying the reflected light image obtained by the imaging part (8).

Cette invention concerne un dispositif d'observation biologique qui facilite la détermination de la position de la surface d'un organe à exciser et évite ainsi de léser les nerfs entourant l'organe. Le dispositif d'observation biologique (1) comprend des unités d'exposition (3) et (7) qui exposent un tissu biologique à une lumière ; une unité d'imagerie (8) qui récupère l'image de la lumière réfléchie en photographiant la lumière réfléchie de la zone de longueur d'onde ayant une propriété d'absorption des β-carotènes supérieure à la propriété d'absorption de l'hémoglobine à partir de la lumière réfléchie qui est générée quand la lumière provenant des unités d'exposition (3) et (7) est réfléchie par le tissu biologique ; et une unité d'affichage (6) qui affiche l'image de la lumière réfléchie obtenue par l'unité d'imagerie (8).

摘出対象等の対象臓器の表面の位置を見やすくして、対象臓器を取り囲んでいる神経の損傷を未然に防止する。生体組織に照明光を照射する照射部3,7と、該照射部3,7により照射された照明光が生体組織により反射された反射光の内、βカロテンの吸収特性がヘモグロビンの吸収特性よりも高い波長帯域の反射光を撮影して反射光画像を取得する撮像部8と、該撮像部8により取得された反射光画像を表示する表示部6とを備える生体観察装置1を提供する。
