An objective of the present invention is to carry out an appropriate measurement process even when an "Additional Carrier" is applied. A mobile communication method according to the present invention comprises: a step of a wireless base station (eNB#1) transmitting to a mobile station (UE) which is in an "RRC_Connected state" in a cell (#11) information for identifying a measurement signal to be used in a measurement process in a cell (#11A); and a step of the mobile station (UE) carrying out the measurement process in the cell (#11A) on the basis of the received information for identifying the measurement signal. The measurement signal is a signal other than a CRS.

La présente invention a pour objectif d'exécuter un processus de mesure adéquat, même lorsqu'une « porteuse supplémentaire » est appliquée. Un procédé de communication mobile selon cette invention se déroule de la manière suivante : une station de base sans fil (eNB#1) transmet à une station mobile (UE) qui est dans un « état RRC connecté » dans une cellule (#11) des informations destinées à identifier un signal de mesure à utiliser lors d'un processus de mesure dans une cellule (#11A) ; et la station mobile (UE) exécute le processus de mesure dans la cellule (#11A) sur la base des informations reçues destinées à identifier le signal de mesure. Le signal de mesure n'est pas un CRS.
