Abstract:
(EN)  A spring unit comprising: a resin spring (11), which is made from resin, is a solid beam structure, and has a curved section (11a) which is located between a pair of end sections (11c, 11d); and a metal spring (12), which is made from metal wire, and has a curved section (12a) between a pair of end sections (12c, 12d). Therein: the end sections (12c, 12d) of the metal spring (12) are attached to the respective end sections (11c, 11d) of the resin spring (11); when in an attached state, the resin spring (11) and the metal spring (12) are positioned on the same plane; and the resin spring (11) and the metal spring (12) are estranged from one another except for at the end sections (11c, 11d, 12c, 12d).
(FR) La présente invention concerne une unité à ressort comprenant un ressort en résine (11) qui est fabriqué à partir d'une résine et possède une structure de poutre solide et une section incurvée (11a) située entre une paire de sections d'extrémité (11c, 11d). Elle comprend également un ressort métallique (12) qui est fabriqué à partir d'un fil métallique et possède une section incurvée (12a) entre une paire de sections d'extrémité (12c, 12d). Les sections d'extrémité (12c, 12d) du ressort métallique (12) sont fixées sur les sections d'extrémité respectives (11c, 11d) du ressort en résine (11). Lorsqu'ils sont fixés, le ressort en résine (11) et le ressort métallique (12) sont placés sur le même plan, et sont séparés l'un de l'autre, sauf au niveau des sections d'extrémité (11c, 11d, 12c, 12d).
