(JA) 鍛造品の製造方法
Abstract:
(EN) This process includes subjecting at least a part of an intermediate forged product to forging in a temperature range of 350 to 600°C, said part being a part wherein high fatigue strength is necessitated. The intermediate forged product is a product which is obtained by hot-forging a steel having an N content that is equal to or lower than the content of N unavoidably contained and which has a ferrite-pearlite structure. Thus, the strength of the part is enhanced to provide an inexpensive forged product with good strength.
(FR) L'invention porte sur un procédé comprenant l'opération consistant à soumettre au moins une partie d'un produit forgé intermédiaire à un forgeage dans une plage de température de 350 à 600°C, ladite partie étant une partie dans laquelle une résistance à la fatigue élevée est nécessaire. Le produit forgé intermédiaire est un produit qui est obtenu par forgeage à chaud d'un acier ayant une teneur en N qui est inférieure ou égale à la teneur en N inévitablement contenue et qui a une structure de ferrite-perlite. Ainsi, la résistance de la partie est accrue pour produire un produit forgé bon marché présentant une bonne résistance.
(JA)  Nが不可避的固溶量以下である鋼を熱間鍛造して得られるフェライト・パーライト組織を有する中間鍛造品における少なくとも疲労強度を必要とする部位に、350~600℃の温度域で鍛造加工を施して、前記疲労強度を必要とする部位の強度を向上させる。これにより、良好な強度を有しかつ安価な鍛造品を提供する。
