Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for producing a superamphiphobic coating on a substrate, said method comprising the steps of a) providing a substrate, b) generating a plasma in a treatment space, under atmospheric pressure, using a dielectric barrier discharge, by supplying a plasma gas (6) between at least a first and a second electrode (2 and 3) connected to alternating current (AC) power means (7), said electrodes (2 and 3) defining said treatment space (5), c) introducing into said plasma a coating forming material selected from the group consisting in fluoro-acrylate monomers, fluoro-alkyl acrylatemonomers,fluoro-methacrylate monomers, fluoro-alkyl methacrylatemonomers, fluroro-silane, monomers or a combination thereof, d) exposing at least a part of the surface of said substrate to said plasma comprising said coating forming material in multiple successive passes within said treatment space by moving said substrate, said at least first and/or second electrode (2, 3), or both, without stopping, from one pass to another, the generation of the plasma and said introduction of said coating forming material into said plasma.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de production d'un revêtement superomniphobe sur un substrat, ledit procédé comprenant les étapes consistant à a) fournir un substrat, b) générer un plasma dans un espace de traitement, sous pression atmosphérique, à l'aide d'une décharge à barrière diélectrique, en fournissant un gaz plasma (6) entre au moins une première et une deuxième électrode (2 et 3) connectées à une alimentation (7) en courant alternatif (c.a.), lesdites électrodes (2 et 3) définissant ledit espace de traitement (5), c) introduire dans ledit plasma un matériau de formation de revêtement choisi dans le groupe constitué par des monomères fluoroacrylate, des monomères fluoroalkylacrylate, des monomères fluorométhacrylate, des monomères fluoroalkylméthacrylate, des monomères flurorosilane ou une combinaison de ceux-ci, d) exposer au moins une partie de la surface dudit substrat au dit plasma comprenant ledit matériau de formation de revêtement lors de multiples passages successifs dans ledit espace de traitement en déplaçant ledit substrat, ladite au moins première et/ou deuxième électrode (2, 3), ou les deux, sans interruption entre chaque passage, la génération du plasma et ladite introduction dudit matériau de formation de revêtement dans ledit plasma.
