Abstract:
(EN) In order to provide sandwich composite elements (100) having an improved fire protection behavior, the invention relates to a method for continuously producing sandwich composite elements (100) having a lower cover layer (10), an upper cover layer (11), and a polyurethane hard-foam core body (12) introduced between the cover layers (10, 11), wherein a double-belt conveyor system (18) having a lower conveyor belt (19) and an upper conveyor belt (20) is provided and wherein the lower cover layer (10) and the upper cover layer (11) continuously run in between the conveyor belts (19, 20), wherein at least one glass-fiber mat (13) continuously runs in between the cover layers (10, 11) and is arranged adjacent to the inside of at least one of the cover layers (10, 11) and wherein a subsequently foaming reaction mixture (14) is applied to at least one inside of the cover layers (10, 11) and/or to the glass-fiber mat (13) in order to form the polyurethane hard-foam core body (12).
(FR) L'objet de la présente invention est la mise au point d'éléments composites de type sandwich (100) présentant un comportant amélioré au feu. A cet effet, la présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication en continu d'éléments composites de type sandwich (100) comportant une couche de couverture inférieure (10), une couche de couverture supérieure (11) et un corps central (12) en mousse dure de polyuréthane (12) appliqué entre lesdites couches de couverture (10, 11). Selon ledit procédé, une installation de transport (18) à double bande comporte une bande de transport inférieure (19) et une bande de transport supérieure (20), la couche de couverture inférieure (10) et la couche de couverture supérieure (11) sont introduites en continu entre les bandes de transport (19, 20), au moins un mat de fibres de verre (13) est introduit en continu entre les couches de couverture (10, 11) et disposé adjacent à la face interne d'au moins une des couches de couverture (10, 11), et un mélange de réaction à moussage subséquent (14) destiné à former le corps central (12) en mousse dure de polyuréthane est appliqué sur au moins une face interne des couches de couverture (10, 11) et/ou sur le mat de fibres de verre (13).
(DE) Um Sandwich-Verbundelemente (100) mit einem verbesserten Brandschutzverhalten bereitzustellen, wird ein Verfahren zur kontinuierlichen Herstellung von Sandwich-Verbundelementen (100) mit einer Unterdeckschicht (10), einer Oberdeckschicht (11) und einem zwischen den Deckschichten (10, 11) eingebrachten Polyurethan- Hartschaumkernkörper (12) vorgeschlagen, wobei eine Doppelband-Transportanlage (18) mit einem Untertransportband (19) und mit einem Obertransportband (20) vorgesehen ist und wobei die Unterdeckschicht (10) und die Oberdeckschicht (11) zwischen die Transportbänder (19, 20) kontinuierlich einlaufen, wobei wenigstens eine Glasfasermatte (13) kontinuierlich zwischen die Deckschichten (10, 11) einläuft und angrenzend an die Innenseite wenigstens einer der Deckschichten (10, 11) angeordnet wird und wobei auf wenigstens eine Innenseite der Deckschichten (10, 11) und/oder auf die Glasfasermatte (13) ein anschließend aufschäumendes Reaktionsgemisch (14) zur Bildung des Polyurethan- Hartschaumkernkörpers (12) aufgebracht wird.
