Abstract:
(EN) Bone transplant compositions, soft musculoskeletal tissue implants, and orthopedic device implants are provided according to the present invention which include an exterior surface, the exterior surface at least partially coated with an applied hydroxyapatite coating, the applied hydroxyapatite coating characterized by an average overall thickness in the range of 45-70 nm, inclusive, more preferably 48-65 nm, inclusive, and still more preferably, 50-60 nm, inclusive. Methods of production and use of bone transplant compositions, soft musculoskeletal tissue implants, and orthopedic device implants according to the present invention are provided herein.
