The present invention relates to biotechnology, in particular to a method for increasing the yield of end products expressed in prokaryotic or eukaryotic producer cells. Said method comprises creating conditions conducive to increasing, with respect to producer cells, the relative availability (i.e. the amount in the intracellular pool and/or the medium pool) of ions of magnetic isotopes of bivalent metals (in particular,

Ca or combinations thereof) in comparison to the initial level which is characteristic of said cells. The technical result of the present method can be considered that of increasing the yield of end products expressed by prokaryotic or eukaryotic cells.

La présente invention concerne la biotechnologie et notamment un procédé pour augmenter le rendement en termes de produits cibles exprimés par des cellules productrices eucaryotes ou procaryotes. Ce procédé comprend la création de conditions favorisant, pour les cellules productrices, de la disponibilité relative (c'est-à-dire de la teneur dans le pool intracellulaire et/ou dans celui du milieu) des ions d'isotopes magnétiques de métaux bivalents (notamment de 25Mg ou 67Zn ou 43Ca ou de leurs combinaisons) en comparaison au niveau de base caractéristique pour les cellules en question. Le résultat technique de la présente invention est l'augmentation du rendement en termes de produits cibles exprimés par des cellules eucaryotes ou procaryotes.
