Abstract:

(EN)Provided is an operational stability enhancing device for construction machinery. The operational stability enhancing device for construction machinery according to the present invention comprises: a plurality of cameras that capture images of the vicinity of a construction machine; a plurality of sensors that detect an obstacle located in the vicinity of the construction machine; a monitor that displays the images of the vicinity of the construction machine captured by the plurality of cameras; an electronic hydraulic control valve that controls the output flow rate of the driving unit of the hydraulic system so as to correspond to the operation signal from the user operation unit of the construction machine; and a control unit that displays the captured image of a detected object on the monitor through screen conversion or changes the image for the user to easily recognize the image when the detected object approaches the construction machine in the case where the detected object is detected by the sensor as being in the vicinity of the moving path and where the detected object is a target to avoid.
(FR)L'invention concerne un dispositif améliorant la stabilité de fonctionnement d'engins de chantier. Selon la présente invention, un dispositif améliorant la stabilité de fonctionnement d'engins de chantier comprend : une pluralité de caméras qui captent des images du voisinage d'un engin de chantier ; une pluralité de capteurs qui détectent un obstacle situé dans le voisinage de l'engin de chantier; un écran qui affiche les images du voisinage de l'engin de chantier captées par la pluralité de caméras; un robinet de commande hydraulique électronique qui commande le débit de sortie de l'unité d'entraînement du système hydraulique de manière à correspondre au signal de fonctionnement provenant de l'unité d'opération d'utilisateur de l'engin de chantier ; et une unité de commande qui affiche à l'écran l'image captée d'un objet par conversion d'écran ou modifie l'image pour l'utilisateur pour permettre de reconnaître facilement l'image lorsque l'objet détecté s'approche de l'engin de chantier dans le cas où l'objet détecté est détecté par le capteur et considéré comme se trouvant dans le voisinage de la trajectoire de déplacement, l'objet détecté étant une cible à éviter.
(KO)본 발명에 의하면, 건설기계의 조작안정성 향상장치가 제공된다. 상기 건설기계의 조작안정성 향상장치는 건설기계의 주변영상을 촬영하는 복수개의 카메라; 건설기계의 주변에 위치된 장애물을 감지하는 복수개의 센서; 상기 복수개의 카메라에 의해 촬영된 건설기계의 주변영상을 표시하는 모니터; 건설기계의 사용자 조작부의 조작신호에 대응되도록 해당 유압계통 구동부의 출력 유량을 제어하는 전자유압제어밸브; 및 상기 센서로부터 이동 경로상의 주변에 피검출물이 감지되는 경우, 상기 피검출물이 회피처리대상물인 경우에는 상기 피검출물에 건설기계의 근접 시 상기 피검출물의 촬영된 영상이 모니터에 화면전환 표시되거나 또는 해당 영상에 변화를 줘서 작업자가 쉽게 인지할 수 있도록 하는 제어 장치를 포함할 수 있다.
