Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for producing a polythiol compound used in thioepoxy-based optical materials and to a copolymer composition, comprising the polythiol compound, for thioepoxy-based optical materials, and particularly to a high-quality polythiol compound, for optical materials, exhibiting desirable characteristics from a coloring perspective, and a copolymer composition comprising same. Provided in the present invention is a method for producing a polythiol compound having reduced coloration by means of controlling the calcium content in thiourea used in the synthesis of polythiol composition for thioepoxy-based optical materials, and particularly a method for producing bis(2-hydroxyethyl)sulfide compound used in the copolymerization of thioepoxy-based optical materials, and a copolymer composition comprising polythiol compound obtained by the method. The thioepoxy-based optical lens having good coloring, obtained by means of the present invention, can replace existing lenses and be widely used in diverse fields, particularly as lenses for glasses, polarized lights and cameras.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de production d'un composé polythiol utilisé dans des matériaux optiques à base de résine thioépoxyde et une composition copolymère qui contient le composé polythiol et est destinée à des matériaux optiques à base de résine thioépoxyde, et notamment un composé polythiol de haute qualité pour matériaux optiques présentant des caractéristiques souhaitables d'un point de vue de la coloration, ainsi qu'une composition copolymère contenant ledit composé. La présente invention concerne un procédé de production d'un composé polythiol possédant une coloration réduite au moyen de la régulation de la teneur en calcium de la thio-urée utilisée dans la synthèse d'une composition polythiol pour matériaux optiques à base de résine thioépoxyde et, notamment, un procédé de production d'un composé de bis(2-hydroxyéthyl)sulfure utilisé dans la copolymérisation de matériaux optiques à base de résine thioépoxyde, ainsi qu'une composition copolymère contenant un composé polythiol obtenu au moyen de ce procédé. La lentille optique à base de résine thioépoxyde qui possède une bonne coloration obtenue grâce à la présente invention peut remplacer des lentilles existantes et être largement utilisée dans divers domaines, notamment, en tant que lentilles pour lunettes, lumières polarisées, et caméras.
(KO) 본 발명은, 티오에폭시계 광학재료에 사용되는 폴리티올화합물의 제조방법과 이 폴리티올화합물을 포함하는 티오에폭시계 광학재료용 공중합체 조성물에 관한 것으로, 특히 색상 면에서 좋은 물성을 나타내는 고품질의 광학재료용 폴리티올화합물과 이를 포함하는 공중합체 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에서는, 티오에폭시계 광학재료용 폴리티올화합물의 합성에 사용되는 티오우레아 중의 칼슘 함유량을 조절하는 것에 의해 착색이 적은 폴리티올화합물을 제조하는 방법, 특히 티오에폭시계 광학재료의 공중합에 사용되는 비스(2-히드록시에틸)술피드 화합물을 제조하는 방법과, 이렇게 얻은 폴리티올화합물을 포함하는 티오에폭시계 광학재료용 공중합체 조성물이 제공된다. 본 발명에 따라 얻어진 색상이 좋은 티오에폭시계 광학렌즈는 기존 광학렌즈를 대체하여 다양한 분야에서 널리 이용될 수 있으며, 특히 안경 렌즈, 편광렌즈, 카메라 렌즈 등으로 이용될 수 있다.
