Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a polythiol compound for optical materials exhibiting desirable characteristics from a coloring perspective, a composition comprising same for optical materials, and a method for producing optical materials. The present invention provides a method for producing a polythiol compound for optical materials which reacts epichlorohydrin compound having total impurities content of less than 0.5 wt% and 2-Mercaptoethanol. The present invention allows obtaining a polythiol compound exhibiting suppressed coloration, and by using same, allows obtaining a urethane group exhibiting suppressed coloration, low yellowness and good coloring. The polythiol compound according to the present invention can be used in the production of a variety of optical materials such as a urethane group, and optical lenses having good coloring, obtained by means of the present invention, can replace existing lenses and be widely used in diverse fields, particularly as lenses for glasses, polarized lights and cameras.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un composé polythiol pour matériaux optiques présentant des caractéristiques souhaitables d'un point de vue de la coloration, une composition contenant ce composé pour matériaux optiques, et un procédé de production desdits matériaux. La présente invention concerne un procédé permettant de produire un composé polythiol pour matériaux optiques qui réagit avec un composé d'épichlorohydrine ayant une teneur totale en impuretés inférieure à 0,5% en poids et 2-mercaptoéthanol. La présente invention permet d'obtenir, d'une part, un composé polythiol présentant une coloration supprimée et, d'autre part, à l'aide dudit composé, un groupe uréthane présentant une coloration supprimée, un faible jaunissement, et une bonne coloration. Le composé polythiol selon la présente invention peut être utilisé dans la production de divers matériaux optiques tels qu'un groupe uréthane. De plus, des lentilles optiques ayant une bonne coloration, obtenues au moyen de la présente invention, peuvent remplacer des lentilles existantes et être largement utilisées dans divers domaines, en particulier comme lentilles pour lunettes, lumières polarisées et caméras.
(KO) 본 발명은, 색상 면에서 좋은 물성을 나타내는 고품질의 광학재료용 폴리티올화합물과 이를 포함하는 광학재료용 조성물 및 광학재료의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에서는, 특정 불순물의 총 함량이 0.5중량% 이하인 에피클로로히드린화합물과 2-메르캅토에탄올을 반응시키는 광학재료용 폴리티올화합물의 제조방법이 제공된다. 본 발명에 의하면, 착색이 억제된 폴리티올화합물과, 이를 이용하여 착색이 억제되고 황색도가 낮은, 색상이 좋은 우레탄계 광학재료를 얻을 수 있다. 본 발명의 폴리티올화합물은 우레탄계 등의 다양한 광학재료의 제조를 위해 사용될 수 있으며, 본 발명에 따라 얻어진 색상이 좋은 광학렌즈는 기존 광학렌즈를 대체하여 다양한 분야에서 널리 이용될 수 있으며, 특히 안경 렌즈, 편광렌즈, 카메라 렌즈 등으로 이용될 수 있다.
