(EN)Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a polyolefin microporous film and a polyolefin microporous film manufactured by using same, the method for manufacturing the polyolefin microporous film comprising the steps of: preparing a melt having a single phase by injecting into an extruder a composition comprising 30 to 60 wt. % of polyolefin and 70 to 40 wt. % of a diluent mixture containing a diluent, which can thermodynamically achieve liquid-liquid phase separation from the polyolefin, and then melting and mixing same; and extruding same while proceeding with the liquid-liquid phase separation by passing the melt through a section which is set to a temperature equal to or lower than a liquid-liquid phase separation temperature, and then molding same into a sheet form.
(FR)L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un film microporeux polyoléfinique et un film microporeux polyoléfinique ainsi fabriqué. Ledit procédé consiste à préparer une matière fondue possédant une phase unique par injection dans un extrudeuse d'une composition contenant entre 30 et 60% en poids de polyoléfine et entre 70 et 40% en poids d'un mélange contenant un diluant qui peut parvenir de manière thermodynamique à une séparation de phases liquide-liquide à partir de la polyoléfine, et puis à faire fondre et à mélanger cette composition; et à extruder celle-ci tandis qu'on réalise la séparation de phases liquide-liquide en faisant passer la matière fondue à travers une section dont la température est fixée à une température égale ou inférieure à une température de phases liquide-liquide, et ensuite à mouler ladite matière fondue sous forme de feuille.
(KO)폴리올레핀 30 내지 60 중량%와 상기 폴리올레핀과 열역학적으로 액-액 상분리를 이룰 수 있는 희석제를 포함하는 희석제 혼합물 70 내지 40 중량%를 포함하는 조성물을 압출기내로 주입하고, 용융 혼련하여 단일상의 용융물을 제조하는 단계; 및 액-액 상분리 온도 이하인 구간을 통과시켜 액-액 상분리를 진행시키며 압출하여 시트 형태로 성형하는 단계를 포함하는 폴리올레핀 미세다공막의 제조방법 및 이를 이용하여 제조된 폴리올레핀 미세다공막이 제시된다.
