(EN)The present invention relates to an electrophoretic electro-osmosis dehydrator capable of smooth injection of highly fluidic sludge. The present invention comprises: a variable portion disposed at the lower portion of a sludge supply portion in a space between caterpillar portions, wherein the variable portion includes a cylinder which applies power in a variable manner according to the fluidity of the supplied sludge and a sprocket of which one side is hinge-fixed in a rotatable manner to an external frame and the other side is connected to the cylinder and configured to be in contact with the caterpillar portion; and a plurality of idle sprocket portions disposed in the space between the caterpillar portions so as to drive the caterpillar portions. As a result of the power applied to the cylinder, the sprocket is rotated by the hinge so that the gap between a drum and the caterpillar portion varies. Different pneumatic pressures are applied to the cylinder according to the fluidity of the sludge so as to variably change the gap between the drum and the caterpillar. Thus, sludge injection can be facilitated, sludge does not overflow and contaminate the facilities, and the sludge treatment volume can be increased.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un déshydrateur électro-osmotique de type électrophorétique apte à injecter facilement des boues hautement fluidiques. La présente invention comprend : une partie variable disposée au niveau de la partie inférieure d'une partie d'alimentation en boues dans un espace entre des parties chenilles, la partie variable comprenant un vérin qui applique la puissance de façon variable en fonction de la fluidité des boues fournies et un pignon dont un côté est fixé par charnière d'une manière rotative à un cadre externe et l'autre côté est relié au vérin et conçu pour être en contact avec la partie chenille; et une pluralité de parties pignons libres situées dans l'espace entre les parties chenilles de façon à entraîner les parties chenilles. En conséquence de la puissance appliquée au vérin, le pignon est entraîné en rotation par la charnière de sorte que l'espace entre un tambour et la partie chenille varie. Différentes pressions pneumatiques sont appliquées au vérin en fonction de la fluidité des boues de sorte à modifier de manière variable l'espace entre le tambour et la chenille.
