Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for inducing the differentiation of a pluripotent stem cell into a cardiac muscle, comprising the following steps: (1) a step of culturing the pluripotent stem cell in a culture medium containing at least one WNT signal activator; and (2) a step of culturing a cell produced in step (1) in a culture medium containing at least one WNT signal inhibitor.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé d'induction de différenciation myocardique de cellules souches pluripotentes. Plus précisément, l'invention concerne un procédé incluant les étapes suivantes : (1) une étape au cours de laquelle des cellules souches pluripotentes sont cultivées dans un milieu contenant un ou plusieurs activateurs de signal Wnt; et (2) une étape au cours de laquelle les cellules obtenues lors de l'étape (1) sont cultivées dans un milieu contenant un ou plusieurs inhibiteurs de signal Wnt.
