Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a wheel driving apparatus that is capable of preventing vibration from being transmitted to a reduction gear casing when an internal gear vibrates due to the transmission of torque to the internal gear. A reduction gear (20) reducing a rotational speed of an electric motor (10) for transmission to a wheel hub (51) for supporting a wheel is a cycloid reduction gear. An internal gear (26), which meshes with an external gear (24) of the cycloid reduction gear, is prevented from rotating at a reduction gear casing (21) using rotation prevention means (40). The rotation prevention means (40) is provided with an elastic support function so as to elastically support the internal gear (26). When a vibration load is applied to the internal gear (26) while rotational torque is transmitted from the external gear (24) to the internal gear (26), the vibration is absorbed by elastic deformation of the rotation prevention means (40), and transmission thereof to the reduction gear casing (21) is prevented.
(FR) L'invention concerne un appareil d'entraînement de roue capable d'empêcher que des vibrations soient transmises à un carter de réducteur lorsqu'un engrenage interne vibre en raison de la transmission d'un couple à l'engrenage interne. Un réducteur (20) réduisant une vitesse de rotation d'un moteur électrique (10) pour une transmission à un moyeu de roue (51) un réducteur cycloïdal supportant une roue. Un engrenage interne (26), qui s'engrène avec un engrenage externe (24) du réducteur cycloïdal, est empêché d'entrer en rotation au niveau d'un carter (21) de réducteur à l'aide d'un moyen de prévention de rotation (40). Le moyen de prévention de rotation (40) est pourvu d'une fonction de soutien élastique de façon à soutenir de manière élastique l'engrenage interne (26). Lorsqu'une charge de vibration est appliquée à l'engrenage interne (26) tandis qu'un couple de rotation est transmis de l'engrenage externe (24) à l'engrenage interne (26), la vibration est absorbée par déformation élastique du moyen de prévention de rotation (40), et la transmission de celle-ci au carter (21) de réducteur est empêchée.
(JA)  内歯車へのトルク伝達によってその内歯車が振動した際にその振動が減速機ケーシングに伝達されるのを防止することができるようにした車輪駆動装置を提供する。電動モータ(10)の回転を減速して車輪支持用のハブ輪(51)に伝達する減速機(20)をサイクロイド減速機とする。そのサイクロイド減速機の外歯車(24)が噛合される内歯車(26)を回り止め手段(40)により減速機ケーシング(21)に回り止めし、その回り止め手段(40)に、内歯車(26)を弾性支持する弾性支持機能を付与し、外歯車(24)から内歯車(26)への回転トルクの伝達時に内歯車(26)に振動が負荷された際に、回り止め手段(40)の弾性変形によりその振動を吸収して、減速機ケーシング(21)に伝達されるのを防止する。
