Abstract:
(EN) Method for managing the metal charge (1 1) in a melting furnace (14) comprising at least a step of depositing metal materials to be melted in a storage zone (13), a step of picking up and loading the metal materials from the storage zone (13) onto feed means (12) by means of loading means (19-22), and a feed step in which the feed means (12) feed the materials toward the melting furnace (14). The deposit step provides to divide the storage zone (13) into a plurality of specialized areas (33-40) in each of which a differentiated type of the metal materials (23-30) is deposited, and during the pick-up and loading step, a processing device (50) controls and commands the actuation of the loading means (19-22) which pick up the types of materials (23-30) from the specialized areas (33-40) and load them onto the feed means (12) according to a desired modality and quantity.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé pour gérer la charge de métal (11) dans un four de fusion (14) comprenant au moins une étape de dépôt de matériaux métalliques à fondre dans une zone de stockage (13), une étape de ramassage et de chargement des matériaux métalliques à partir de la zone de stockage (13) sur des moyens d'alimentation (12) à l'aide de moyens de chargement (19-22), et une étape d'alimentation dans laquelle les moyens d'alimentation (12) adressent les matériaux vers le four de fusion (14). L'étape de dépôt prévoit de diviser la zone de stockage (13) en une pluralité de zones spécialisées (33-40), dans chacune desquelles est déposé un type différencié des matériaux métalliques (23-30), et pendant l'étape de ramassage et de chargement, un dispositif de traitement (50) régule et commande l'actionnement des moyens de chargement (19-22) qui ramassent les types de matériaux (23-30) à partir des zones spécialisées (33-40) et les chargent sur les moyens d'alimentation (12) selon une modalité désirée et une quantité désirée.
