Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a method for the synthesis of a nanostructured hybrid pigment having syntonizable colloidal and optical properties, comprising: the dispersion of at least one phyllosilicate-type inorganic material in water; and the subsequent addition of at least one water-soluble organic colouring agent, subjected to agitation, the concentration of the phyllosilicate-type inorganic material varying between 25 g/l - 3 g/l, the concentration of the organic colouring agent varying between 1.5 x 10-6 - 2 x 10-4 M, the ionic strength varying with the addition of NaCl at a concentration varying between 6.50 x 10-3 - 1.5 x 10-4 M, the pH varying between 7 - 11 and the temperature in the dispersion from the above step is at least 25°C. The invention also relates to the pigment obtained from this method and to the use thereof in ink, paint and coating products.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé permettant la synthèse d'un pigment hybride nanostructuré présentant des propriétés optiques et colloïdales accordables, consistant à disperser au moins une matière inorganique de type phyllosilicate dans de l'eau puis à ajouter au moins un colorant organique solubilisé dans de l'eau, puis à agiter, la concentration de la matière inorganique de type phyllosilicate variant entre 25 g/l et 3 g/l, la concentration de colorant organique variant entre 1,5 x 10-6-2 x 10-4 M, la force ionique variant sous l'effet de l'ajout de NaCl à une concentration qui varie entre 6,50 x10-3 -1.5x10-4 M, le pH étant compris entre 7 et 11 et la température lors de la dispersion est d'au moins 25°C. L'invention concerne également le pigment obtenu selon ce procédé et l'utilisation de celui-ci dans des produits à base d'encres, de peintures et d'enrobages.
(ES) La presente invención se refiere a un método para la síntesis de un pigmento híbrido nanoestructurado con propiedades ópticas y coloidales sintonizables que comprende la dispersión de, al menos, un material inorgánico de tipo filosilicato en agua y la adición posterior de, al menos, un colorante orgánico solubilizado en agua, en agitación, donde la concentración del material inorgánico tipo filosilicato varía entre 25 g/1-3 g/1, la concentración del colorante orgánico varía entre 1,5 xl0~6-2 xlO"4 M, la fuerza iónica varía mediante la adición de NaCl en una concentración que varía entre 6,50 xl0~3-l,5 xlO"4 M, el pH varía entre 7-11 y la temperatura en la dispersión de la etapa es de al menos 25°C. La invención se refiere también al pigmento obtenido por ese método y al uso del mismo en productos de tintas, pinturas y recubrimientos.
