Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for evaluating the quality of an analysis element which is useful for determining the concentration of an analyte in a liquid sample, and to an analysis system which implements such a method. A reaction of the sample with a reagent system includes a complex formation of at least an enzyme and a co-enzyme, wherein a chemically modified form of the co-enzyme is a fluorophore. The quantity and/or the luminescence properties of said fluorophore relate to the concentration of the analyte. The quality of the analysis element is evaluated using an evaluation algorithm, wherein the evaluation algorithm comprises obtaining information relating to a measured enzyme activity AEnz(measured), wherein said information is at least partly derived from a measurement of the fluorescence lifetime of the fluorophore.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé destiné à l'évaluation de la qualité d'un élément d'analyse utile à la détermination de la concentration d'un analyte dans un échantillon de liquide, et un système d'analyse qui met en œuvre ce procédé. Selon l'invention, une réaction de l'échantillon avec un système réactif comprend une formation complexe d'au moins un enzyme et un coenzyme, une forme chimiquement modifiée du coenzyme étant un fluorophore. La quantité et/ou les propriétés de luminescence dudit fluorophore sont associées à la concentration de l'analyte. La qualité de l'élément d'analyse est évaluée en utilisant un algorithme d'évaluation, l'algorithme d'évaluation comprend l'obtention d'informations associées à une activité d'enzyme mesurée AEnz(mesurée), lesdites informations étant au moins partiellement dérivées d'une mesure de la durée de vie de fluorescence du fluorophore.
