Abstract
(EN) The present invention provides a variable displacement axial axle piston pump having an easy to maintain and repair built-in adjuster. According to the present invention, the variable displacement axial axle piston pump having an easy to maintain and repair built-in adjuster has the effects of enabling convenient and easy assembly and repair, reducing the number of components by simplifying the structure of an adjuster module for adjusting the inclined angle of the cylinder housing center shaft from the drive shaft, and reducing the manufacturing cost thereof. The present invention comprises: a drive shaft connected to a drive mechanism; a retainer having the drive shaft coupled to the front surface thereof and having a hook formed on the rear surface thereof; a cylindrically shaped cylinder housing disposed apart from the rear surface of the retainer; a plurality of pistons inserted in the cylinder housing and having a leading end portion projecting to the outside of the cylinder housing contacting the hook of the retainer; a valve plate coupled to the rear surface of the cylinder housing and defining a passage; an axle block formed in a cylindrical shape in which the cylinder housing and the valve plate are inserted, and defining an inner passage; a main housing having the drive shaft and the retainer disposed therein; an end casing having the axle block disposed to be capable of turning therein, being coupled to the main housing, and having an open top surface; a cover coupled to the top surface of the end casing; and an adjuster module connected to the axle block and exposed to the outside of the end casing, and manipulated by the user to adjust the turning angle of the axle block.
(FR) L'invention concerne une pompe à pistons à essieu axial à cylindrée variable qui comporte un dispositif de réglage intégré facile à entretenir et à réparer. Selon cette invention, la pompe à pistons à essieu axial à cylindrée variable comportant un dispositif de réglage intégré facile à entretenir et à réparer a pour effet de permettre un assemblage et une réparation pratiques et faciles, de réduire le nombre d'éléments grâce à une simplification de la structure d'un module de réglage conçu pour régler l'angle d'inclinaison de l'arbre central de carter de cylindre par rapport à l'arbre de commande, et d'en diminuer les coûts de fabrication. L'invention comprend : un arbre de commande relié à un mécanisme de commande; un dispositif de retenue dont la surface avant est couplée à l'arbre de commande et dont la surface arrière présente un crochet; un carter de cylindre de forme cylindrique situé à l'écart de la surface arrière du dispositif de retenue; une pluralité de pistons introduits dans le carter de cylindre et ayant une partie extrémité avant qui dépasse vers l'extérieur dudit carter de cylindre en contact avec le crochet du dispositif de retenue; une plaque porte-soupape couplée à la surface arrière du carter de cylindre et délimitant un passage; un bloc d'essieu de forme cylindrique où sont introduits le carter de cylindre et la plaque porte-soupape et délimitant un passage intérieur; un carter principal contenant l'arbre de commande et le dispositif de retenue; un corps d'extrémité qui comporte le bloc d'essieu disposé de manière à pouvoir tourner à l'intérieur, qui est couplé audit carter principal et qui possède une surface supérieure ouverte; un couvercle couplé à la surface supérieure du corps d'extrémité; ainsi qu'un module de réglage qui est relié au bloc d'essieu, qui est visible depuis l'extérieur du corps d'extrémité, et qui est manipulé par l'utilisateur afin de régler l'angle de rotation dudit bloc d'essieu.
(KO) 본 발명은 유지 보수가 용이한 어저스터가 내장된 가변용량 사축식 액슬 피스톤 펌프를 제공한다. 이와 같은 본 발명에 따른 유지 보수가 용이한 어저스터가 내장된 가변용량 사축식 액슬 피스톤 펌프는 조립과 분해가 간편하고 용이하게 수행될 수 있고, 실린더 하우징 중심축이 구동축으로부터 경사진 각도를 조절하는 어저스터 모듈의 구조가 단순화되어 부품수가 줄어들며, 제조원가가 절감되는 효과가 있다. 본 발명발명동기구와 연결되는 구동축과; 전면에 구동축이 결합되고, 후면에 후크(hook)가 형성된 리테이너(retainer)와; 리테이너 후면으로부터 이격 배치되는 원통체 형상의 실린더 하우징과; 실린더 하우징에 삽입되고, 실린더 하우징 외부로 돌출되는 선단부가 리테이너의 후크(hook)와 접하는 다수개의 피스톤과; 실린더 하우징 후면부와 결합되고, 유로가 형성된 밸브 플레이트와; 실린더 하우징과 밸브 플레이트가 삽입되는 원통체 형상으로 이루어지고, 내부 유로가 형성된 사축 블록(axle block)과; 구동축과 리테이너가 내부에 배치되도록 하는 메인 하우징과; 사축 블록이 선회가능하게 내부에 배치되도록 하고, 메인 하우징과 결합되며, 상면이 개방되는 엔드 케이싱과; 엔드 케이싱의 상면에 결합되는 커버 및; 사축 블록과 연결되어 엔드 케이싱의 외부로 노출되고, 사용자에 의해 조작되어 사축 블록의 선회각도를 조절하게 되는 어저스터 모듈을 포함하여 이루어진다.
