Abstract
(EN) This vibrating gyroscope (1) is provided with: an affixed section (21); detection beams (22A-22D) provided in a cross-shape in a plan view centered on the affixed section (21); masses (26A-26D) disposed point-symmetrically to the affixed section (21) and each disposed between adjacent detection beams; beams (23A1-23D2, 24A1-24D2, 25A1-25D2) that are for transmitting vibrations and that are connected to the detection beams (22A-22D) and the masses (26A-26D); driving piezoelectric elements (12A1-12D2) that face the peripheral direction encircling the affixed section (21) and that vibrate the masses (26A-26D) in the reverse direction from the adjacent masses; and detection piezoelectric elements (13A-13D) provided to the detection beams (22A-22D).
