Abstract
(EN) A steam turbine control device according to the present invention is equipped with a first valve (5), a second valve (7), a first valve controller (25), a second valve controller (27), and a valve control adjustment unit (30). The first valve (5) is provided to a first steam supply passage (8) connected to a steam turbine (3). The second valve (7) is provided to a second steam supply passage (9) which bypasses the first valve (5) upstream along the first steam supply passage (8), and which is connected further towards the low-pressure side of the steam turbine (3) than the first steam supply passage (8). The first valve controller (25) controls the opening of the first valve (5) on the basis of flow-rate information (A) indicating the flow rate of the steam to be conveyed to the steam turbine (3). The second valve controller (27) controls the opening of the second valve (7) on the basis of the flow-rate information (A). The valve control adjustment unit (30) adjusts the opening control of the second valve (7) implemented by the second valve controller (27).
(FR) L'invention porte sur un dispositif de commande de turbine à vapeur qui est équipé d'une première vanne (5), d'une seconde vanne (7), d'un dispositif de commande de première vanne (25), d'un dispositif de commande de seconde vanne (27) et d'une unité de réglage de commande de vannes (30). La première vanne (5) est munie d'un premier passage d'amenée de vapeur (8) relié à une turbine à vapeur (3). La seconde vanne (7) est munie d'un second passage d'amenée de vapeur (9) qui contourne la première vanne (5) en partant d'au-dessus du premier passage d'amenée de vapeur (8), et qui est relié à un côté de la turbine à vapeur (3) ayant une pression inférieure à celle du premier passage d'amenée de vapeur (8). Le dispositif de commande de première vanne (25) commande le degré d'ouverture de la première vanne (5) sur la base d'informations de débit (A) en fixant le débit de vapeur à envoyer à la turbine à vapeur (3). Le dispositif de commande de seconde vanne (27) commande le degré d'ouverture de la seconde vanne (7) sur la base des informations de débit (A). L'unité de réglage de commande de vanne (30) ajuste la commande de degré d'ouverture de la seconde vanne (7) qui est exécutée par le dispositif de commande de seconde vanne (27).
