Abstract
(EN) A tire mold is configured in such a manner that a pair of upper and lower side plates, a sector, a sector shoe which holds the sector, and an actuator are arranged in sequence from the inside toward the outside in the radial direction of the tire. The tire mold is characterized in that flange-shaped rings are respectively provided to the outer-diameter sections of the pair of upper and lower side plates, and in that the flange-shaped rings are formed in such a manner that, when the mold is fully closed and is at normal temperature, protrusions formed on the upper and lower parts of the sector shoe are in contact with the outer-diameter sections of the flange-shaped rings to position both the sector shoe and the sector relative to the pair of upper and lower side plates, and when the temperature of the mold reaches a vulcanization temperature in the fully closed state, the inner-diameter section of the sector comes into contact with the outer-diameter sections of the side plates and also the protrusions formed on both the upper and lower parts of the sector shoe come into contact with the outer-diameter sections of the flange-shaped rings. The tire mold thus provided does not cause misalignment between the axes of the upper and lower dies and can prevent the wear of the sector.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un moule pour pneu configuré de telle sorte qu'une paire de plaques latérales supérieure et inférieure, un secteur, un patin de secteur qui maintient le secteur, et un actionneur sont disposés les uns à la suite des autres de l'intérieur vers l'extérieur dans la direction radiale du pneu. Le moule pour pneu est caractérisé en ce que des anneaux en forme de bride sont prévus respectivement au niveau des sections de diamètre externe de la paire de plaques latérales supérieure et inférieure, et en ce que les anneaux en forme de bride sont formés de sorte que, lorsque le moule est entièrement fermé et est à température normale, des saillies formées sur les parties supérieure et inférieure du patin de secteur sont en contact avec les sections de diamètre externe des anneaux en forme de bride pour positionner le patin de secteur et le secteur par rapport à la paire de plaques latérales supérieure et inférieure, et lorsque la température du moule atteint une température de vulcanisation dans l'état entièrement fermé, la section de diamètre interne du secteur entre en contact avec les sections de diamètre externe des plaques latérales et les saillies formées sur les parties supérieure et inférieure du patin de secteur entrent en contact avec les sections de diamètre externe des anneaux en forme de bride. (JA)  上下一対のサイドプレートと、セクターと、セクターを保持するセクターシューと、アクチュエーターとが、タイヤ半径方向の内方から外方に向けて順次配置されたタイヤ用モールドであって、上下一対のサイドプレートのそれぞれの外径部に鍔状リングが設けられており、鍔状リングが、モールドが全閉状態で常温のときには、セクターシューの上下に形成された突出部が鍔状リングの外径部に接触して、上下一対のサイドプレートに対するセクターシューおよびセクターの位置決めを行うと共に、モールドが全閉状態で加硫温度に達したときには、セクターの内径部がサイドプレートの外径部に接触すると共に、セクターシューの上下に形成された突出部が鍔状リングの外径部に接触するように形成されていることを特徴とし、上下型の芯ずれを発生させることがなく、またセクターの摩滅を防止することができるタイヤ用モールドを提供する。
