Abstract
(EN) Disclosed is an integrated automatic manual, mechanical-type stepless transmission device based on a clutch-brake system with a left pedal brake and a right pedal accelerator, which is of an intrinsic safety model, free from erroneous treading on pedals, the fear of treading on both pedals at the same time, and puffs of black soot. A lotus gearshift lever provided with a lotus petal-type clutch switch is capable of being used in a fully manual mode and an automatic mode, in which the gearshift lever is coupled to a motor-driven gearbox by means of a flexible to rigid link, and the traditional geared transmission is upgraded to a stepless transmission device by means of a three-loop PID controller, so that according to the driver's intention, the gear shifting and trip shifting are automatically performed, and a computer program for achieving the above mentioned functions is developed, with a human machine interface (HMI) being capable of setting at will the vehicle manoeuvrability, such as a smooth and comfortable type or a sporty and powerful type, thus making driving easy and as personal as one wishes. The invention further comprises an upgraded transmission device for a clutch-brake system, which system isolates the clutch action when the vehicle is braking after its speed has exceeded a set value, so as to set the engine at an idling speed, together with two half-stroke mechanical clutch pulling bars, one half-stroke brake pulling bar, and one half-stroke adjustable wire-wound resistor-type clutch pulling bar.
(FR) L'invention porte sur un dispositif de transmission sans palier manuel automatique intégré, du type mécanique, basé sur un système embrayage-frein possédant un frein à la pédale gauche et un accélérateur à la pédale droite, qui est d'un modèle à sécurité intrinsèque, exempt de l'erreur de pression sur les pédales, de la crainte de presser les deux pédales en même temps et de rejeter une suie noire. Un levier de vitesses du type lotus équipé d'un interrupteur d'embrayage du type à pétale de lotus est apte à être utilisé dans un mode entièrement manuel et dans un mode automatique, dans lequel le levier de vitesses est couplé à une boîte de vitesses entraînée par un moteur électrique au moyen d'une tringlerie flexible à rigide, et la transmission à engrenages traditionnelle est perfectionnée par un dispositif de transmission sans palier au moyen d'un dispositif de commande PID à trois boucles, de telle sorte que, selon l'intention du conducteur, le changement de vitesse et le changement de parcours sont exécutés automatiquement, et un programme d'ordinateur servant à assurer les fonctions susmentionnées est développé, avec une interface homme-machine (HMI) apte à régler à volonté la maniabilité du véhicule, par exemple un type paisible et confortable ou un type sportif et puissant, ce qui rend la conduite facile et aussi personnalisée qu'on le souhaite. L'invention comprend en outre un dispositif de transmission perfectionné pour un système embrayage-frein, lequel système isole l'action d'embrayage lorsque le véhicule freine après que sa vitesse a dépassé une valeur de consigne, de façon à mettre le moteur thermique à une vitesse de ralenti, avec deux barres de tirage de l'embrayage mécanique à demi-course, une barre de tirage de frein à demi-course et une barre de tirage d'embrayage réglable à demi-course du type à résistance bobinée.
(ZH) 一种基于离刹系统的手自一体机械式无级变速装置,左脚刹车右脚油门,本安型,不误踩,不怕同时踩,不冒黑烟。配有莲花瓣式离合开关的莲花换档手柄可在纯手动模式与自动模式下使用,与电动式变速箱换档柄通过软硬链节联接,通过3回路PID调节器将传统齿轮变速箱升级为无级变速装置,根据驾驶意图自动换档、跳档,并开发有实现上述功能的计算机程序,人机对话HMI可任意设置车辆机动性,如平稳舒适型或赛车动力型,使驾驶得心应手,我行我素。还包括一种当车速超过设定值后刹车时屏蔽离合动作并使发动机处于怠速的升级版离刹系统变速装置,以及2种半行程机械式离合拉杆、1种半行程刹车拉杆、1种半行程划线电阻式离合拉杆。
