Abstract
(EN) A method and system for navigating a user interface using a touch-enabled remote control device are disclosed. A focus element is provided in a first portion of a user interface of an application executing on a client device. The focus element visually emphasizes a user interface element from a first plurality of media content. Input data transmitted from a remote control device are received. The remote control device has a touch-enabled surface by which the input data is detected. In response to receiving the input data corresponding a horizontal swipe, a lateral movement of the first plurality of media content is caused in the first portion of a user interface. In response to receiving the input data corresponding a vertical swipe, a shift movement of a second plurality of media content is caused in a second portion of the user interface to the first portion of the user interface.
(FR) La présente invention porte sur un procédé et un système permettant de naviguer dans une interface utilisateur au moyen d'un dispositif de télécommande tactile. Un élément de focalisation est placé dans une première partie d'une interface utilisateur d'une application exécutée sur un dispositif client. L'élément de focalisation met visuellement en évidence un élément d'interface utilisateur d'une première pluralité de contenus multimédias. Des données d'entrée transmises à partir d'un dispositif de télécommande sont reçues. Le dispositif de télécommande possède une surface tactile par laquelle les données d'entrée sont détectées. En réponse à la réception des données d'entrée correspondant à un balayage horizontal, un mouvement latéral de la première pluralité de contenus multimédias est provoqué dans la première partie d'une interface utilisateur. En réponse à la réception des données d'entrée correspondant à un balayage vertical, un mouvement de décalage d'une deuxième pluralité de contenus multimédias est provoqué dans une deuxième partie de l'interface utilisateur vers la première partie de l'interface utilisateur.
