Abstract
(EN) A audio/video experience comprises two or more viewing screens of at least one front-located screen in front and at least one of either an above, ceiling screen located above and/or one bottom screen located below or slightly forward of the viewer. Side, wall-mounted screens located on at least one side of the viewer can be provided. The images projected on each screen are visually integrated with that of the front-located screen to provide fully immersive, realistic yet virtual viewing. The above, ceiling-mounted screen provides an overhead view of what would be projected above a viewer (coordinated to the front screen images) while the bottom screen provides a downward view of images visually coordinated to the images projected and viewable on the front screen. The bottom screen can be a stage. Alternatively, the various screens can be screen sections of a single video monitor.
(FR) L'invention permet de produire une expérience audio/vidéo au moyen de deux ou davantage d'écrans de visualisation se composant au moins d'un écran avant se situant devant le spectateur, et d'un écran supérieur de plafond se situant au-dessus du spectateur et/ou d'un écran inférieur se situant au-dessous, ou légèrement vers l'avant du spectateur. Des écrans latéraux, montés sur des parois se situant au moins sur un côté du spectateur, peuvent être prévus. Les images projetées sur chaque écran sont intégrées visuellement à celles de l'écran avant pour produire une vision réaliste entièrement immersive, mais néanmoins virtuelle. L'écran supérieur monté sur le plafond confère une vision aérienne de ce qui serait projeté au-dessus d'un spectateur (coordonnée aux images de l'écran avant), pendant que l'écran inférieur confère une vision vers le bas d'images coordonnées visuellement aux images projetées et visibles sur l'écran avant. L'écran inférieur peut être une scène. Dans une autre forme de réalisation, les divers écrans peuvent être des parties d'écran d'un moniteur vidéo unique.
