Abstract
(DE) Verfahren zur visuell wahrnehmbaren, bildlichen Darstellung elastischer Eigenschaften weicher biologischer Materie, vorzugsweise der weichen Gehirnmasse, wobei die weiche Materie mit einer, zu jedem Zeitpunkt in allen sechs Freiheitsgraden bekannten Bewegung unter Erzeugung einer Beschleunigung bei gleichzeitiger Anwendung eines bildgebenden Kernspintomographieverfahrens bewegt wird und die Bewegung der weichen biologischen Materie mittels des bildgebenden Kernspintomographieverfahrens in mindestens einer Schicht erfasst wird. Für diesen Zweck wird ein System mit einer Hebe- und Senkvorrichtung (22) verwendet, die in einer MRT-Kopfspule positionierbar ist.
(EN) Method for a visually perceptible graphic representation of elastic properties of soft biological matter, preferably of soft brain tissue, wherein the soft matter is moved at every point in time in a movement known in all six degrees of freedom, thereby producing acceleration, and a magnetic resonance imaging method is simultaneously used, and the movement of the soft biological matter is detected by means of the magnetic resonance imaging method in at least one layer. For this purpose, a system with a raising and lowering device (22) that can be positioned in an MRI head coil is used.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de représentation imagée visualisable de propriétés élastiques de substances biologiques molles, de préférence de la masse cérébrale molle. La substance molle est déplacée, selon un mouvement connu à tout moment dans l'ensemble des dix degrés de liberté, en générant une accélération tout en appliquant un procédé d'imagerie tomographique par résonance magnétique nucléaire et on détecte le mouvement de la substance molle au moyen dudit procédé d'imagerie tomographique dans au moins une couche. Pour cela, on utilise un système comprenant un dispositif de montée et de descente (22) qui peut être positionné dans une bobine de tête d'IRM.
