Abstract
(DE) Eine thermoplastische Formmasse, enthaltend: a) 50 bis 85 Teile eines oder mehrerer Terpolymere auf Basis von Acrylnitril, alpha-Methylstyrol und Styrol (als Komponente A), bestehend aus: 5 bis 30 Gew.-% Styrol 15 bis 35 Gew.-% Acrylnitril, 50 bis 70 Gew.-% alpha-Methylstyrol, 0 bis 5 Gew.-% weitere copolymerisierbare Monomere, b) 15 bis 50 Teile eines oder mehrerer schlagzäh-modifizierender Propfkautschuke mit olefinischer Doppelbindung in der Kautschukphase, als Komponente B, c) 0 bis 45 Teile eines oder mehrerer Copolymere auf Basis von Styrol und Acrylnitril, als Komponente C, bestehend aus: 71 bis 81 Gew.-% Styrol, 29 bis 19 Gew.-% Acrylnitril, 0 bis 5 Gew.-% weitere copolymerisierbare Monomere, sowie ggf. Zusatzstoffe und faser- und/oder teilchenformiger Füllstoffe führt zu einer verringerten Gelbfärbung der hergestellten Formkörper.
(EN) The invention relates to a thermoplastic molding compound containing: a) 50 to 85 parts of one or more terpolymers based on acrylnitril, alpha-methylstyrene, and styrene as component A, said terpolymers consisting of: 5 to 30 wt.% styrene, 15 to 35 wt.% acrylnitril, 50 to 70 wt.% alpha-methylstyrene, and 0 to 5 wt.% additional copolymerizable monomers, b) 15 to 50 parts of one or more impact-modifying graft rubbers with an olefinic double bond in the rubber phase as component B, c) 0 to 45 parts of one or more copolymers based on styrene and acrylnitril as component C, said copolymers consisting of: 71 to 81 wt.% styrene, 29 to 19 wt.% acrylnitril, and 0 to 5 wt.% additional copolymerizable monomers, and optionally additives and fibrous and/or particulate fillers. The thermoplastic molding compound leads to a reduced yellowing of the produced molded body.
(FR) L'invention concerne une matière de moulage thermoplastique contenant : a) entre 50 et 85 fractions d'un ou de plusieurs terpolymères à base d'acrylonitrile, d'alpha-méthylstyrène et de styrène (comme composant A), comprenant : entre 5 et 30% en poids de styrène, entre 15 et 35% en poids d'acrylonitrile, entre 50 et 70% en poids d'alpha-méthylstyrène, entre 0 et 5% en poids d'autres monomères copolymérisables, b) entre 15 et 50 fractions d'un ou de plusieurs caoutchoucs greffés à modification de la résistance aux chocs, comportant une liaison double oléfinique dans la phase caoutchouc, comme composant B, c) entre 0 et 45 fractions d'un ou de plusieurs copolymères à base de styrène et d'acrylonitrile, comme composant C, comportant : entre 71 et 81% en poids de styrène, entre 29 et 19% en poids d'acrylonitrile, entre 0 et 5% en poids d'autres monomères copolymérisables, ainsi qu'éventuellement des additifs et des charges fibreuses et/ou particulaires. Ladite matière de moulage thermoplastique permet de parvenir à un indice de jaune réduit des corps moulés obtenus.
