Abstract

The present invention relates to a bioreactor for the generation of medical implants which comprises an external chamber, which can be unicompartmented 1 (preferably possessing two tubular structures 8) or multicompartmented, and watertight containing in its interior one or more matrices 7, the bioreactor' s internal matrices 7 and external chamber 1 being simultaneously manufactured, preferably through a rapid prototyping process; and also characterized by an external chamber 1 possessing a shape adapted to the shape of the implant to be cellularized (internal matrix) enabling a greater efficiency in the cellular colonization and culture of the implant, and by the implants being removed from the inside of the bioreactor by cutting the external chamber 1 in locations defined by grooves 9 right before implantation, allowing a greater sterility of the implant.

La présente invention concerne un bioréacteur pour la génération d'implants médicaux. Le bioréacteur comprend une chambre externe pouvant avoir un seul compartiment (1) (possédant de préférence deux structures tubulaires (8)) ou plusieurs compartiments, et la chambre étanche à l'eau renfermant une ou plusieurs matrices (7), les matrices internes (7) du bioréacteur et une chambre externe (1) étant fabriqués simultanément, de préférence au moyen d'un procédé de prototypage rapide ; et également caractérisé par une chambre externe (1) possédant une forme adaptée à celle de l'implant à cellulariser (matrice interne), permettant ainsi une plus grande efficacité dans la colonisation cellulaire et la culture de l'implant, et le retrait des implants de l'intérieur du bioréacteur en coupant la chambre externe (1) à emplacements définis par les rainures (9) juste avant l'implantation, permettant une meilleure asepsie de l'implant.
