Abstract
(EN) The invention relates to a method and an arrangement for cleaning a particulate filter (18) in a vehicle (1) provided with an internal combustion engine (4), which particulate filter is mounted in an operative position inside an exhaust muffler (8) under normal operation of said engine. The method involves performing a cleaning process including the steps of disassembling and removing the particulate filter from a first end (12) of the muffler; reversing and reassembling the particulate filter a cleaning position at said first end of the muffler; - starting and operating the engine by controlling the engine speed according to a predefined cycle until a predetermined condition is fulfilled; and stopping the engine and returning the particulate filter to its operative position inside the exhaust muffler. The invention further involves a computer program and a computer program product for performing the method steps when run on a computer, and a computer system for implementing a method.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif de nettoyage d'un filtre à particules (18) dans un véhicule (1) équipé d'un moteur à combustion interne (4), dont le filtre à particules est monté dans une position de fonctionnement à l'intérieur d'un silencieux d'échappement (8) lors du fonctionnement normal dudit moteur. Le procédé consiste à exécuter un processus de nettoyage comprenant les étapes de démontage et de retrait du filtre à particules d'une première extrémité (12) du silencieux ; l'inversion et le réassemblage le filtre à particules dans une position de nettoyage au niveau de ladite première extrémité du silencieux ; le démarrage et le fonctionnement du moteur en contrôlant la vitesse de celui-ci conformément à un cycle prédéfini jusqu'à ce qu'une condition prédéterminée soit satisfaite ; et l'arrêt du moteur et le fait de retourner le filtre à particules pour qu'il retrouve sa position de fonctionnement à l'intérieur du silencieux d'échappement. En outre, l'invention implique un programme informatique et un produit de programme informatique pour effectuer les étapes du procédé lorsqu'il est exécuté sur un ordinateur, et un système informatique pour la mise en œuvre d'un procédé.
