Abstract
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for detection of binding or interaction events between a binding agent and its corresponding analyte (such as an antibody and an antigen) in which a signal is detected which is substantially more amplified and thus easier to detect than in prior art systems. The method comprises simultaneous but separate addition of a first enhancement reagent having affinity for said analyte and a second enhancement reagent having affinity for the first enhancement reagent wherein the first enhancement reagent binds to the analyte and the second enhancement reagent binds to the first enhancement reagent, and, wherein the first and second enhancement reagents have more than one binding site so that they are able to bind to each other to thereby amplify a detectable signal from the binding event.
(FR) La présente invention un procédé de détection d'événements de liaison ou d'interaction entre un agent de liaison et son analyte correspondant (tel qu'un anticorps et un antigène). Dans ce procédé, un signal sensiblement amplifié est détecté, et donc plus facile à détecter que dans les systèmes existants. Le procédé comprend l'addition simultanée, mais de manière séparée, d'un premier réactif renforçateur qui possède une affinité pour ledit analyte, et d'un second réactif renforçateur qui possède une affinité pour le premier réactif renforçateur, le premier réactif renforçateur se liant à l'analyte et le second réactif renforçateur se liant au premier réactif renforçateur. Les premier et second réactifs renforçateurs comportent plus d'un site de liaison, de sorte qu'ils peuvent se lier l'un à l'autre afin d'amplifier un signal détectable provenant de l'événement de liaison.
