Abstract
(EN) The present invention relates to a polymerized toner prepared by suspension polymerization, and more specifically, to a polymerized toner comprising a binder resin, and a specific functional macro monomer, a polymer thereof or a mixture thereof together with a pigment, a pigment stabilizer, a charge control agent and a wax dispersed in the binder resin, thereby enabling fixation at a low temperature during development and implementation of high gloss and excellent transfer efficiency, and to a preparation method thereof.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un toner polymérisé préparé par polymérisation en suspension, et, plus spécifiquement, un toner polymérisé comprenant une résine liante, et un macromonomère fonctionnel spécifique, un polymère de celui-ci ou un mélange de celui-ci conjointement avec un pigment, un stabilisant de pigment, un agent de contrôle des charges et une cire dispersée dans la résine liante, permettant ainsi la fixation à une basse température pendant le développement et la mise en place d'une brillance élevée et d'un excellent rendement de transfert. L'invention concerne également un procédé de préparation de ce toner.
(KO) 본 발명은 현탁 중합에 의해 제조되는 중합 토너에 관한 것으로, 특히, 바인더 수지, 및 상기 바인더 수지에 분산된 안료, 안료안정제, 전하 조절제, 및 왁스와 함께 특정의 기능성 매크로 모노머 (funct ional macro monomer), 이의 중합체, 이들의 혼합물을 추가로 포함함으로써, 현상 과정에서 낮은 온도로 정착이 가능할 뿐만 아니라 높은 광택도 및 우수한 전사 효율의 구현이 가능한 중합 토너 구역나누기및 이의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.
