Abstract
(EN) Provided is an organotin-free cationic electrodeposition coating composition which is capable of ensuring, under low temperature baking conditions identical to those used in common practice, excellent coating film curability and adherence to an object to be coated, without including an organotin compound. According to the present invention, provided is an electrodeposition coating composition including: at least one type of quaternary ammonium salt (A) selected from a quaternary ammonium salt (a-1) represented by general formula (1) and a quaternary ammonium salt (a-2) represented by general formula (2); a metallic compound (B); and a base resin (C). The metallic compound (B) is at least one type of compound selected from the group consisting of an organic acid metal salt and a metal alkoxide.
(FR) L'invention concerne une composition de revêtement par électrodéposition, cationique, exempte d'organoétain, qui est apte à assurer, dans des conditions de cuisson à basse température, identiques à celles utilisées dans la pratique courante, une excellente aptitude au durcissement de film de revêtement et une excellente adhérence à un objet à revêtir, sans inclusion d'un composé d'organoétain. Conformément à la présente invention, il est proposé une composition de revêtement par électrodéposition comprenant : au moins un type de sel d'ammonium quaternaire (A) choisi parmi un sel d'ammonium quaternaire (a-1) représenté par la formule générale (1) et un sel d'ammonium quaternaire (a-2) représenté par la formule générale (2) ; un composé métallique (B) ; et une résine de base (C). Le composé métallique (B) est au moins un type de composé choisi dans le groupe consistant en un sel métallique d'acide organique et un alcoolate métallique.
(JA)  有機錫化合物を含まず、現行と同等の低い温度での焼き付け条件にて良好な塗膜の硬化性、被塗物との密着性を確保することができ、有機錫フリーのカチオン電着塗料組成物を提供する。 本発明によれば、一般式(1)で表される4級アンモニウム塩(a-1)および一般式(2)で表される4級アンモニウム塩(a-2)から選ばれる少なくとも1種の4級アンモニウム塩A、金属化合物B及び基体樹脂Cを含有する電着塗料組成物であって、前記金属化合物Bが、有機酸金属塩類および金属アルコキシドからなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種の化合物である、電着塗料組成物が提供される。
