Abstract
(EN) An imaging device is characterized in being provided with: an imaging element comprising a pixel unit that generates signals based on light, a signal processing unit that applies signal processing to the signals read out from the pixel unit, and a power supply unit that is connected to the signal processing unit via a first wiring and provides a power supply to the signal processing unit; and a housing container that houses the imaging element and comprises a second wiring that is connected to the first wiring and forms a parallel circuit. This configuration resolves the problem of wiring resistance increasing when a power supply circuit is constructed within a solid-state imaging element.
(FR) La présente invention se rapporte à un dispositif de formation d'image qui comprend un élément de formation d'image qui comprend : une unité de pixels qui génère des signaux sur la base d'une lumière; un module de traitement de signal qui applique un traitement de signal sur les signaux lus à partir de l'unité de pixels; et un module d'alimentation électrique, qui est connecté au module de traitement de signal via un premier circuit de câblage et qui fournit une alimentation électrique au module de traitement de signal. L'élément de formation d'image comprend d'autre part un boîtier : qui abrite l'élément de formation d'image; et qui comprend un second circuit de câblage qui est connecté au premier circuit de câblage et qui forme un circuit parallèle. La configuration selon la présente invention résout le problème lié au fait qu'une résistance de câblage augmente quand un circuit d'alimentation électrique est construit à l'intérieur d'un élément de formation d'image à semi-conducteur.
(JA)  光に応じた信号を生成する画素部と、前記画素部から読み出された前記信号を信号処理する信号処理部と、第1配線を介して前記信号処理部と接続され、前記信号処理部に電源を供給する電源部と、を有する撮像素子と、前記撮像素子を収納するとともに、前記第1配線と接続されて並列回路を構成する第2配線を有する収納容器と、を備えることを特徴とする。これにより、電源回路が固体撮像素子内部に構成されている場合に、配線抵抗が大きくなってしまうという問題を解決できる。
