Abstract
(EN) An integrated container-type torque sensor motor. Disposed on a motor housing (1) along the direction of a motor shaft (2) is a hollow cavity (12) formed by a ring-shaped protrusion (11); contained and installed in the hollow cavity (12) is a fixed guiding slip ring (3); the fixed guiding slip ring (3) dynamically matches with a floating sensor ring assembly having ratchet teeth, the floating sensor ring assembly having ratchet teeth being disposed with a magnetic steel piece (4); the floating sensor ring assembly having ratchet teeth comprises a sensor ring having ratchet teeth (5), the ratchet teeth (81) of a flywheel (8) mating with the cogging (51) distributed in a ring shape in the sensor ring having ratchet teeth (5); disposed on the motor shaft (2) is a Hall element (22), the magnetic steel piece (4) on the floating sensor ring assembly having ratchet teeth cooperating with the Hall element (22) by means of magnetic induction, thereby outputting an electric signal to control a vehicle to enhance the force for rotation. For this motor, all Hall elements (22) are disposed on the motor housing (1), thereby solving the conflict between function configuration and space occupation, and enabling significant magnetic induction effects.
(FR) L'invention concerne un moteur à induction de couple à logement. Un boitier (1) de moteur dans le sens axial d'un arbre électrique (2) comporte une cavité creuse (12) ménagée dans une protubérance annulaire (11) et dans laquelle (12) est disposé un anneau de coulissement meneur fixe (3), lequel est en correspondance dynamique avec un ensemble enroulement inductif flottant doté d'un aimant (4), lequel ensemble enroulement inductif flottant comprend un enroulement inductif (5) à rochet flottant, le rochet (81) de la roue (8) s'emboîtant mutuellement avec une rainure (51) à entailles distribuées sur son pourtour interne en prolongement de l'enroulement inductif (5) à rochet. Sur l'arbre électrique (2) vient un interrupteur à effet de Hall (22). L'aimant (4) sur l'ensemble enroulement inductif (22) à rochet flottant est imbriqué par induction magnétique avec l'interrupteur à effet de Hall (22), avec pour effet d'émettre un signal et de commande la rotation du cycle. Ce moteur permet de disposer totalement l'interrupteur à effet de Hall (22) sur le boîtier (1) du moteur de manière à résoudre le problème lié à l'espace occupé avec des résultats probants.
(ZH) 一种一体容置式扭矩传感器电机,电机壳体(1)与电机轴(2)同轴方向上设置一由环状凸起(11)构成的中空容腔(12),中空容腔(12)内容置并安装一固定导滑环(3),固定导滑环(3)与一安装有磁钢(4)的浮动棘齿感应圈组件动态配合,浮动棘齿感应圈组件包括棘齿感应圈(5),飞轮(8)的棘齿(81)与棘齿感应圈(5)内呈环形分布的齿槽(51)相配合,电机轴(2)上设置有一霍尔元件(22),浮动棘齿感应圈组件上的磁钢(4)与述霍尔元件(22)磁感应配合,从而输出电信号而控制车辆的加力转动。该电机将霍尔元件(22)全部设置于电机壳体(1)上,解决了因功能设置而占用空间的矛盾,磁感应效果明显。
