Abstract
(EN) The present invention is applicable to the technical field of lithium ion battery production process, and provides a lithium ion battery, a lithium ion battery cell and a manufacturing method thereof. The lithium ion battery cell comprises a plurality of single-sheets having a first polarity and a winding-type membrane strip having a second polarity. The plurality of single-sheets having the first polarity, aligned to one another, is arranged in gaps between adjacent winding layers of the winding-type membrane strip having the second polarity. The winding-type membrane strip having the second polarity comprises a first membrane, a strip-sheet having the second polarity, and a second membrane. The first polarity is different from the second polarity. The lithium ion battery cell of the present invention integrates advantages of a winding-type cell and a laminated cell. Compared with the prior art, in the manufacturing process, it is only required to punch the first-polarity sheet without the need of punching the strip-sheet having the second polarity, thereby greatly reducing falling of polar dressing in the punching process, reducing the fraction defective of the product caused by falling of the polar dressing, reducing the difficulty in controlling the alignment precision of the polar sheets, and improving the production efficiency of the products.
(FR) L'invention se rapporte au domaine des processus de production de batteries à ion lithium et concerne une batterie à ion lithium, une cellule de batterie à ion lithium et un procédé de fabrication. La cellule de batterie à ion lithium comprend plusieurs feuilles uniques ayant une première polarité et une bande de membrane de type enroulement ayant une seconde polarité. Lesdites plusieurs feuilles uniques ayant la première polarité sont alignées les unes avec les autres et sont disposées dans des jours entre des couches d'enroulement adjacentes de la feuille de membrane de type enroulement ayant la seconde polarité. La feuille de membrane de type enroulement ayant la seconde polarité comprend une première membrane, une feuille en bande ayant la seconde polarité et une seconde membrane. La première polarité est différente de la seconde polarité. La cellule de batterie à ion lithium de la présente invention intègre les avantages d'une cellule de type enroulement et d'une cellule stratifiée. Par rapport à l'art antérieur, dans le processus de fabrication, il suffit simplement d'estamper la feuille ayant la première polarité sans avoir à estamper la feuille en bande ayant la seconde polarité, ce qui réduit grandement la diminution de l'établissement polaire lors du processus d'estampage, ainsi que la fraction défectueuse du produit due à la diminution de l'établissement polaire, et la difficulté de commander la précision d'alignement des feuilles polaires, et d'améliorer l'efficacité de production des produits.
(ZH) 本发明适用于锂离子电池生产工艺技术领域,提供了一种锂离子电池、锂离子电池芯及其制作方法。其中的锂离子电池芯包括多个单片状第一极性片以及一卷绕式第二极性隔膜条袋,多个单片状第一极性片分别相互对齐排布于卷绕式第二极性隔膜条袋的相邻卷绕层间隔中;卷绕式第二极性隔膜条袋包括顺次叠放的第一隔膜、带状第二极性片以及第二隔膜,且第一极性与第二极性不相同。本发明的锂离子电池芯结合了卷绕式和叠片式的优点,相对于现有技术,其在制作过程中只需对第一极性片进行冲切,而无需对带状第二极性片进行冲切,从而大幅减少了冲切过程中极性敷料的脱落,降低了由此导致的产品不良率,且降低了极片的对齐精度控制难度,提高了产品的生产效率。
