Abstract
(EN) An intelligent magnetic-latching miniature circuit breaker comprising a housing, a magnetic-latching relay, and a driver circuit. The driver circuit receives a control signal and then drives the magnetic-latching relay to act. The magnetic-latching relay comprises a dynamic spring assembly, a static spring assembly, a lever, a push piece, and a magnetic steel assembly. When the magnetic steel assembly rotates, the lever moves and then the push piece closes or opens the contacts of the dynamic spring assembly or the static spring assembly. The invention is also provided with a central processing unit, a communication chip, a mutual inductance module, and a current-regulating circuit. The mutual inductance module is disposed on an extension wire of the dynamic spring assembly; the current-regulating circuit is connected to the central processor and the mutual inductance module; and the central processing unit drives the magnetic-latching relay by means of the driver circuit and in accordance with a current-state signal transmitted by the current-regulating circuit, thus achieving overload protection.
(FR) L'invention concerne un disjoncteur miniature à verrouillage magnétique intelligent comprenant un logement, un relais de verrouillage magnétique et un circuit d'attaque. Le circuit d'attaque reçoit un signal de commande et entraîne ensuite le relais de verrouillage magnétique en action. Le relais de verrouillage magnétique comprend un ensemble ressort dynamique, un ensemble ressort statique, un levier, un poussoir et un ensemble d'acier magnétique. Lorsque l'ensemble d'acier magnétique tourne, le levier se déplace puis le poussoir ferme ou ouvre les contacts de l'ensemble ressort dynamique ou de l'ensemble ressort statique. L'invention comprend également une unité centrale, une puce de communication, un module d'inductance mutuelle et un circuit de régulation du courant. Le module d'inductance mutuelle est disposé sur un fil d'extension de l'ensemble ressort dynamique; le circuit de régulation du courant est connecté à l'unité centrale et au module d'inductance mutuelle; et l'unité centrale entraîne le relais de verrouillage magnétique au moyen du circuit d'attaque et selon un signal d'état du courant transmis par le circuit de régulation du courant, ce qui permet d'obtenir une protection contre la surcharge.
(ZH) 本发明公开了一种智能磁保持微型断路器,包括壳体、磁保持继电器、驱动电路,驱动电路接受控制信号后驱动磁保持继电器动作;磁保持继电器包括动簧组合、静簧组合、拨杆、推动片、磁钢组合;磁钢组合转动时带动拨杆,再通过推动片使动簧组合、静簧组合的触头闭合或者断开,还设有中央处理器、通信芯片、互感模块、电流调理电路,互感模块安装在动簧组合的延伸导线上,电流调理电路分别与中央处理器、互感模块连接;中央处理器根据电流调理电路发来的电流状态信号,通过驱动电路驱动磁保持继电器,以实现过载保护。
