Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to systems and methods for measuring the angular accessibility limitations of the anterior angle of the eye, targeting one or multiple treatment zones within the anterior angle area of the eye and delivering focused photodisruptive laser pulses with pulse durations smaller than 50 picoseconds, creating channels into various anatomical structures within the anterior angle of the eye. The invention further relates to custom gonioscopy lens systems, patient interface systems and laser delivery systems to deliver focused laser beams to the anterior angle area of the eye.
(FR) L'invention concerne des systèmes et des procédés pour mesurer les limitations d'accessibilité angulaire de l'angle antérieur de l'œil, cibler une ou plusieurs zones de traitement à l'intérieur de la zone d'angle antérieur de l'œil et délivrer des impulsions laser photodisruptives focalisées avec des durées d'impulsion inférieures à 50 picosecondes, créer des canaux dans diverses structures anatomiques à l'intérieur de l'angle antérieur de l'œil. L'invention concerne en outre des systèmes de lentille de gonioscopie personnalisés, des systèmes d'interface patient et des systèmes de délivrance de laser pour délivrer des faisceaux laser focalisés à la zone d'angle antérieur de l'œil.
