This laser scanning method for measuring an in vivo amount of a specific substance is characterized in comprising quantitatively and non-invasively measuring the density (concentration and distribution) of lutein in the ocular fundus from the signal intensity level of an anti-stokes ray by causing the wavelength of the anti-Stokes ray to be greater than a wavelength absorption band of a specific substance, shifting the wavelength of a probe light by the amount of shifting in Raman scattering of the specific substance from the wavelength of the anti-Stokes ray, and shifting the wavelength of a Stokes light by the amount of shifting in Raman scattering of the specific substance from the wavelength of the probe light.

L'invention concerne un procédé de balayage par laser destiné à la mesure in vivo d'une quantité d'une substance spécifique caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend la mesure quantitative et non invasive de la densité (concentration et distribution) de lutéine dans le fond de l'œil à partir du niveau d'intensité de signal d'un rayonnement anti-Stokes, en rendant la longueur d'onde du rayonnement anti-Stokes supérieure à une bande d'absorption de longueur d'onde d'une substance spécifique, en déplaçant la longueur d'onde d'une lumière sonde de la quantité de déplacement en diffusion Raman de la substance spécifique à partir de la longueur d'onde du rayonnement anti-Stokes, et en déplaçant la longueur d'onde d'une lumière de Stokes de la quantité de déplacement en diffusion Raman de la substance spécifique à partir de la longueur d'onde de la lumière sonde.

 本発明のレーザー走査型生体内特定物質量計測方法は、反ストークス線の波長を、特定物質の波長吸収帯より大きくし、プローブ光の波長を、反ストークス線の波長から特定物質のラマン散乱のシフト量だけシフトさせ、ストークス光の波長を、プローブ光の波長から特定物質のラマン散乱のシフト量だけシフトさせることで、反ストークス線の信号強度レベルから、眼底におけるルテインの密度(濃度と分布)を定量的に非侵襲で測定することを特徴とする。
