Abstract
(EN) Disclosed is a polyurethane foam composition based on polyisocyanates comprising initially at least 20 wt% mMDI and at most 24.5 wt% mTDI, a towards isocyanate polyfunctional and a towards isocyanate monofunctional compound, which composition contains a) less than 1.00 wt% residual free mMDI, b) at least 0.4 wt% total of mMDI of which at least one isocyanate group has been reacted with a monofunctional compound, c) wherein the polyurethane prepolymer composition is having an isocyanate index of at least 105 and at most 350, d) wherein the equivalents ratio of functional groups of the monofunctional compounds relative to the amount of the isocyanate functional groups initially present is at least 6.5%, and e) wherein the equivalents ratio of towards isocyanate tri- and higher functional reactive compounds relative to the isocyanate functional groups initially present is at most 6.50%. Further disclosed is a suitable prepolymer, production methods and uses.
(FR) L'invention porte sur une composition de mousse de polyuréthane à base de polyisocyanates comprenant initialement au moins 20 % en poids de mMDI et au maximum 24,5 % en poids de mTDI, d'un composé polyfonctionnel vis-à-vis des isocyanates et d'un composé monofonctionnel vis-à-vis des isocyanates, laquelle composition contient a) moins de 1,00 % en poids de mMDI libre résiduel, b) au moins 0,4 % en poids total de mMDI dont au moins un groupe isocyanate a réagi avec un composé monofonctionnel, c) la composition de prépolymère de polyuréthane ayant un indice d'isocyanate d'au moins 105 et d'au maximum 350, d) le rapport du nombre d'équivalents de groupes fonctionnels des composés monofonctionnels par rapport à la quantité des groupes fonctionnels isocyanate initialement présents étant d'au moins 6,5 % et e) le rapport du nombre d'équivalents de composés trifonctionnels et de fonctionnalité supérieure à trois réactifs vis-à-vis des isocyanates par rapport aux groupes fonctionnels isocyanate initialement présents étant d'au maximum 6,50 %. L'invention porte en outre sur un prépolymère approprié, sur des procédés de production et sur des utilisations.
