(EN)The application concerns a process comprising: (A) contacting a gas comprising oxygen, propane and propylene with at least one catalyst under reaction conditions sufficient to at least partially convert the propylene into a final product comprising acrylic acid; (B) feeding said final product to a separation column, in which the final product is split into a liquid stream, which is rich in acrylic acid, and a gaseous by-product stream comprising propane and propylene in a volume ratio of from 99.9:0.1 to 95:5; (C) contacting the gaseous by-product stream with oxygen in the presence of a catalyst under reaction conditions sufficient to at least partially convert propane to acrylic acid.
(FR)L'invention concerne un procédé consistant à : (A) mettre en contact un gaz comprenant de l'oxygène, du propane et du propylène avec au moins un catalyseur dans des conditions réactionnelles suffisantes pour convertir au moins partiellement le propylène en un produit final comprenant de l'acide acrylique; (B) alimenter ledit produit final dans une colonne de séparation, dans laquelle le produit final est séparé en un flux liquide, qui est riche en acide acrylique, et en un flux de sous-produits gazeux comprenant du propane et du propylène dans un rapport de volume de 99,9:0,1 à 95:5; (C) mettre en contact le flux de sous-produits gazeux avec de l'oxygène en présence d'un catalyseur dans des conditions réactionnelles suffisantes pour convertir au moins partiellement le propane en acide acrylique.
