(EN)The present invention relates to a preparation method for an ansamycin glycoside or a non-benzoquinone geldanamycin glycoside having an ansamycin backbone using a glycosyltransferase, a non-benzoquinone geldanamycin glycoside, and a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating cancer containing the same as an active ingredient. By introducing a glycosyl group into ansamycin or a non-benzoquinone geldanamycin compound having an ansamycin backbone, a solubility is increased, bioavailability can be enhanced and the activity of an ansamycin-based compound is maintained, and by introducing a glycosyl group into ansamycin or a non-benzoquinone geldanamycin compound having an ansamycin backbone, and thus the present invention can be useful as an antibiotic, a fungicide, an antiviral agent, an immunosuppressive, a drug for degenerative neurological diseases, an anti-inflammatory or anticancer drug.
(FR)La présente invention porte sur un procédé de préparation pour un glycoside d'ansamycine ou un glycoside de geldanamycine non-benzoquinone ayant un squelette ansamycine à l'aide d'une glycosyltransférase, un glycoside de geldanamycine non-benzoquinone et une composition pharmaceutique pour prévoir ou traiter un cancer le contenant comme ingrédient actif. (KO)본 발명은 당전이 효소를 이용한 안사마이신 배당체 또는 안사마이신 골격을 갖는 비-벤조퀴논 젤다나마이신 배당체의 제조방법, 비-벤조퀴논 젤다나마이신 배당체 및 이를 유효성분으로 함유하는 암 질환 예방 또는 치료용 약학적 조성물에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 안사마이신 또는 안사마이신 골격을 갖는 비-벤조퀴논 젤다나마이신 화합물에 글루코실기를 도입함으로써, 용해도가 상승하고, 생체 내 이용률을 높일 수 있으며, 안사마이신계 화합물의 활성을 유지하므로 항생제, 항진균제, 항바이러스제, 면역억제제, 퇴행성 신경질환제, 항염증제 또는 항암제로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
