(EN)Provided herein are a membrane-type artificial scaffold for guided bone regeneration (GBR) and a method for fabricating the same. The membrane-type artificial scaffold according to the present invention comprises: a first layer made of at least one fiber layer arranged in parallel with each other with a first spacing therebetween such that the fiber layer contacts a bone tissue in vivo; and a second layer stacked on the first layer and made of at least one fiber layer arranged parallel to each other with a second spacing therebetween such that the fiber layer contacts a soft tissue in vivo. The first spacing is larger than the second spacing.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un échafaudage artificiel du type à membrane pour une régénération d'os guidée (GBR) et son procédé de fabrication. L'échafaudage artificiel du type à membrane selon la présente invention comprend : une première couche faite d'au moins une couche de fibres, les couches de fibre étant agencées en parallèle les unes avec les autres avec un premier espacement entre elles de telle sorte que la ou les couches de fibres viennent en contact avec un tissu osseux in vivo ; et une seconde couche empilée sur la première couche et faite d'au moins une couche de fibres, les couches de fibre étant agencées en parallèle les unes avec les autres, un second espacement étant entre elles de telle sorte que la ou les couches de fibres viennent en contact avec un tissu mou in vivo. Le premier espacement est plus grand que le second espacement.
