(EN)According to the present invention, a polyurethane-based cement composite, and a preparation method thereof comprise the following steps: mixing 50-70 parts by weight of a cement powder and 10-30 parts by weight of a powdered additive to prepare a cement mixture powder; mixing an isocyanate and a polyol in a ratio of 1:0.5 by weight, and mixing 0.5-9.99 parts by weight of a foaming agent on the basis of 100 parts by weight of the amount of the isocyanate and the polyol so as to prepare a foaming solution; and mixing the cement mixture powder and the foaming solution and mixing other additives, and pressing and foaming the obtained mixture. The polyurethane-based cement composite and the preparation method thereof according to the present invention can improve freezing in a conventional wet method due to the decrease in temperature, enable construction with uniform bubble creation and specific gravity irrespective of the skill of a contractor, and reduce cracks due to shrinkage, thereby uniformly maintaining sound insulation and heat insulation. Furthermore, on-site construction can be carried out, thereby shortening a construction period, and the load of a material is reduced, thereby enabling construction of high-rise buildings, and thus the utilization and economical efficiency of the present invention are high.
(FR)Conformément à la présente invention, un composite de ciment à base de polyuréthane et un procédé de préparation de celui-ci comprennent les étapes suivantes consistant à : mélanger 50-70 parties en poids d'une poudre de ciment et 10-30 parties en poids d'un additif en poudre pour préparer une poudre de mélange de ciment; mélanger un isocyanate et un polyol dans un rapport de 1:0,5 en poids et mélanger 0,5-9,99 parties en poids d'un agent de moussage sur la base de 100 parties en poids de la quantité de l'isocyanate et du polyol de façon à préparer une solution de moussage; et mélanger la poudre de mélange de ciment et la solution de moussage et mélanger d'autres additifs et presser et faire mousser le mélange obtenu. Le composite de ciment à base de polyuréthane et son procédé de préparation conformément à la présente invention peuvent améliorer une congélation dans un procédé par voie humide classique en raison de la diminution en température, permettent une construction avec une création uniforme de bulle et une masse volumique uniforme indépendamment de l'habilité d'un entrepreneur, et réduisent les fissures dues au retrait, permettant ainsi de conserver de manière uniforme une isolation sonore et une isolation thermique. De plus, une construction sur site peut être effectuée, permettant ainsi de diminuer une période de construction et la charge d'une matière est réduite, permettant ainsi une construction de bâtiments de grande hauteur, et ainsi l'utilisation et l'efficacité économique de la présente invention sont élevés.
(KO)본 발명에 따른 폴리우레탄계 시멘트 복합체 및 그 제조방법은 시멘트 분말 50 내지 70 중량부, 분말첨가제 10 내지 30 중량부로 혼합하여 시멘트 혼합 분말을 제조하는 단계; 이소시아네이트와 폴리올은 중량 비율이 1:0.5로 혼합하고, 발포제는 이소시아네이트와 폴리올 혼합량이 100 중량부라고 할 때, 0.5 내지 9.99 중량부로 혼합하여 발포액을 제조하는 단계; 상기 시멘트 혼합 분말과 발포액을 혼합하고 기타 첨가제를 혼합한 뒤, 가압하고 발포하는 단계를 포함하고 있다. 본 발명에 따른 폴리우레탄계 시멘트 복합체 및 그 제조방법은 종래 습식공법의 기온 저하로 인한 동결현상을 개선할 수 있고, 시공자의 숙련도와 무관함으로 균일한 기포발생과 비중으로 시공할 수 있고, 수축에 의한 균열을 저감하여 차음성과 단열성을 균일하게 유지할 수 있다. 또한, 현장에서 바로 시공할 수 있어 공사기간 단축시킬 수 있고, 자재의 하중을 감소시켜 고층건물에도 시공할 수 있어 활용도 및 경제성이 높다.
