(EN)Provided are: an anti-GAP43 antibody which is capable of identifying an unphosphorylated threonine residue (T89) at position 89 of mouse GAP43 represented by SEQ ID NO:13 or a phosphorylated threonine residue (pT89) at position 89, and which is capable of specifically detecting growth cones; an anti-GAP43 antibody which is capable of identifying an unphosphorylated serine residue (S96) at position 96 of the mouse GAP43 or a phosphorylated serine residue (pS96) at position 96, and which is capable of specifically detecting growth cones; an anti-GAP43 antibody which is capable of identifying an unphosphorylated threonine residue (T172) at position 172 of the mouse GAP43 or a phosphorylated threonine residue (pT172) at position 172, and which is capable of specifically detecting growth cones; and an immunological analysis method using these anti-GAP43 antibodies.
